  • Here's a quick guide:

    • HYROX Intro – For total beginners or first-time competitors. If you’re just starting your fitness journey or curious about HYROX, this is your entry point.

    • HYROX Open – For athletes targeting their first full HYROX or looking to improve on an average score.

    • HYROX Pro60 – For serious competitors who want to qualify or podium in their division.

    • HYROX Elite 1:1 – For elite athletes aiming for world-class competition and max performance.

  • You’ll need access to standard gym equipment (barbells, sleds, rowers, SkiErgs, etc.), a timer, and a willingness to grind. Every program includes training notes, scaling options, and movement demos - so whether you’re training at a gym or on your own, you’ll be covered.

  • We’re athlete-first. That means:

    • Weekly adjustments based on community feedback

    • Structured periodization for peak performance

    • Support from elite-level coaches and seasoned HYROX athletes

    • Proven strength + conditioning methods rooted in sports science

    • Intro & Open: ~60–75 mins per session, 4–5x/week

  • Absolutely. Every HYROX program includes guidance from our expert team - and if you choose the Open, Pro or Elite tiers, you’ll also be invited to Brute Community-based support groups where you can ask questions, post results, and connect directly with coaches.
